The MX rail fastening – simply eccentric
Special fastenings for the crane runway system: the ORTEC MX fastening system is bolted to the mounting plate. This system is fitted with a guide plate that holds the rail at the side without clamping it. This allows for the slipping of the rail which is caused by fluctuations in temperature and heavy loads and stops it from being able to affect or damage the fastenings.
The flat design is sealed to prevent infiltration of dirt in the system. The bolt connection consists of a backlash-free eccentric tappet. This allows progressive lateral adjustment.
Naturally, our system can also be supplied in stainless steel.
System ORTEC MX consists of the following:
- Guide plate
- Pressure plate (eccentric plate)
- Connecting devices conforming to DIN standards
- Cushioned intermediate layer for continuous and intermittent support
