Product specification:
Elastomer bitumen-based hot sealing compound for grouting rail joints, especially rails with cushioned supports. ORTEC.ESV is significantly better than standard rail joint sealing compounds in terms of surface adhesion and stretch, especially in cold temperatures, low temperature impact strength and fatigue strength.
Working temperature: Approx. 170 - 190°C Do not overheat compound!
Specific weight: Approx. 1.2 g / cm³
Preparation: Joint face must be intact, clean and dry. Joint faces must be primed.
Primer coat: ORTEC Primer K
Delivery form: 27 kg drum
Storage: Cool and dry conditions.
