ORTEC.GROUT Type 4
Cement-bound grout
Product specification
Cement-bound, shrinkage-free grout featuring a controlled increase in volume. ORTEC.GROUT Type 4 is free of chloride and high-alumina cement and is resistant to frost and de-icing salt.
Working temperature: > 5°C At < + 5°C comply with winter building conditions (DIN 1045)
Working time at 20°C: Approx. 60 minutes
Preparation: Mineral (concrete) substrate must be intact, clean and dry.
Curing: Protect the mortar surface from moisture in the first six hours; cover with sheeting and protect from exposure to wind, sun, draught and frost. Later on, keep the mortar surface moist. Duration = min. 5 days
Delivery form: 25 kg drum
Storage: 12-month shelf life if stored in original sealed containers in dry, frost-free conditions.
